Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMING

Our delivery partner may deliver up to 22:00 each day. If you are a business that might be closed after 18:00 then please keep this in mind and call our team to ensure we do our best to get it to you.

Orders placed by 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day delivery based on your shipping selection.

Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, maybe dispatched on a Monday for next day delivery.

Bank holiday delivery schedules will be announced on the site the week leading up to the date. 

DELIVERY CHARGES

• £5.95 for 2-3 Day Delivery to the UK Mainland (excluding Highlands)  
• Delivery to mainland UK is free when you spend £50 or more on products. The value must equal or exceed this amount after discounts.
• The fee to deliver to the Non Mainlands UK carries an additional fee as per our checkout page, and is excluded from all free shipping incentives. 
• Deliveries to countries outside of UK is currently suspended 

NAMED DAY DELIVERY

If you need to have your order delivered on a specific date then please check with Sm@wild-arbor.mt  before placing the order. 

DELIVERY TO AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS

You can choose to have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, such as your place of work or to a friend or relative. Simply add an alternative delivery address at the checkout.
